How can I contact the MyDato team?

MyDato currently does not have a phone line for customer questions. 
What happens if I place an order and the item I want is sold out?
The store system should not let customers place out of stock items in the shopping cart. However, if this does occur it is very easy to issue a refund.
Can I share Promo codes?
YES!

Privacy Policy

Will I receive email notifications of special offers?
When you buy a product from us, we will send you emails regarding order confirmation and shipment. MyDato might send you one email per month with our monthly promotions or instructions on how to access store credits if you opt in to email or text notifications.
What personal information is kept by MyDato?
Information supplied by you when placing an order is kept to supply the order. After that the information is retained within the Shopify servers for faster checkout next time an order is placed by you. A store credit is applied to orders where a email address is supplied, as such the store retains order information to faithfully offer the store credit for future purchases.
Can my data be deleted?
If you would like your data deleted please contact us at info@mydato.com.au to request personal information deletion. It is easy to do. Personal data is held with in Shopify servers and MyDato sends a request for the data to be deleted. When the request is made it takes 14 days - 28 days for Shopify to delete the data. Personal customer account function is deleted when this process is completed. 

Shipping Policy

What postage method do you use?
Australia Post is used to ship our parcels. We prefer this because if you choose to download the official Australia Post App you can get updates through the app on when your parcel will arrive or adjust delivery. Tracking information will be sent to you with shipping confirmation. 
Can I have an order delivered to a PO Box address?
YES! We can also send to 24/7 Australia Post Parcel collection lockers! 
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, when the Express Post option has been selected. Please refer to the Australia Post Guidelines for delivery with express post.

Refund Policy

After the order is placed can I cancel or change my purchase once it is confirmed?
An order can only be changed or cancelled if the items have not been posted. Please email info@mydato.com.au to discuss your order.
I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I bought. Can I return it for a refund? 
Change of mind orders for when items have not shipped:
A full refund can be issued if the entire order is no longer wanted. Or a partial refund can be given for any unwanted items.
Change of mind orders for when items have shipped:
Items can be returned and given a full refund if they are shipped back to MyDato within 14 days. The items must be undamaged, unused and in sold as new condition.
My order has arrived but is faulty/broken. Can I exchange it or get a refund?
Items are packaged carefully before shipping. If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival a refund can be processed for that item. The refund will be processed by the original payment method. Standard bank refund timeframe is 10-14 Days. The original broken or faulty item might need to be shipped back to MyDato, depending on circumstances.
